Q. What is the difference between GREENS+® and FIBER GREENS+™?
A. Both include many of the same nutrient rich foods. GREENS+® is a Complete Superfood Formula that contains Japanese chlorella, Nova Scotia dulse, Montana bee pollen, royal jelly, acerola berry, red wine grapes and the following herbal extracts: milk thistle, echinachea, Sieverian ginseng, licorice root, astragalus, ginkgo biloba, green tea, and Swedish bilberry. While FIBER GREENS+™ does not contain the above ingredients, it does have 9 other high fiber ingredients such as flax seed, oat bran, prune, broccoli, carrot, celery and parsley powders, and the potent immune supporting herb Cat's Claw. Simply put, FIBER GREENS+™ contains half the ingredients of GREENS+® but more than twice the fiber for complete colon cleansing and a healthy digestive system.

Q. Do I need to take vitamins if I take GREENS+®?
A. That is a decision you should make based upon your nutritional requirements. However, if you do take vitamins, minerals or herbal supplements, they should be taken at the same time you take GREENS+®.

Q. I have an allergy to caffeine. Can I safely take GREENS+®?
A. Yes, the trace amount of caffeine in the Japanese green tea is so minute that it will not trigger a reaction.

A. Yes, it is both safe and beneficial to drink both on a daily basis. Many users take GREENS+® in the morning for zest and pep, and FIBER GREENS+™ in the afternoon for a healthy dose of dietary fiber.

Why You Need GREENS+® Every Day

To determine why you need to take GREENS+® daily, answer yes or no to the following questions:

  • I eat a colorful, large salad every day.
  • I eat something raw at each meal.
  • I eat celery or carrot sticks, an apple or orange at 2 snacks daily.
  • I eat at least 4 kinds of colorful vegetables everyday.
  • I eat 2-3 pieces of organic, whole fruit each day.
  • When I have a sandwich at lunch, I have vegetable sticks with it.
