Walking, running, swimming, biking - 40 year old Vero Beach athlete, Jeff Anstey, does it all. Jeff has trophies and plaques for several events and recentlywon the Men's Overall in the Cattlement's 5K Run/Walk in Fort Pierce, Florida; the Sun Runner 10K in Vero Beach, Florida; the Dolphin Dash 5K Run/Walk at Riverside Park; and the Eye of the Dragon 10K in Melbourne, Florida. Hiss loss to "Ironman" John Reback in the Triune Sunrise Theatre 5K in Fort Pierce was by a mere 14 seconds.
